FARGO AREA CONSERVATIVES PAC is a political action committee registered with the ND Secretary of State. We are governed by a 7-member board, and are focused on supporting local conservative candidates and conservative policy. We are active in both partisan and nonpartisan elections, as well as ballot measures.
Mission: support conservative policies and candidates in local and state elections.
Individual Liberty
We recognize that rights are given by God and protected by government. The individual rights laid out in the U.S. Constitution should not be violated by any level of government.
Personal Responsibility
With liberty comes responsibility. Individuals are responsible for making their own health, safety, education, and moral choices and ultimately will bear the consequences of the decisions they make.
Family Values
We believe the most basic institution in society is the family. We affirm that marriage is between one man and one woman. There are only two genders, determined by biological sex. The innocence of children should be protected in the public square.
Pro-Life
Life is foundational to all other rights, beginning at conception and ending at natural death.
Parental Rights
We affirm that parents are their children’s primary caregivers. They have the right to determine what is necessary and appropriate for their children’s well-being. The responsibility to educate children lies with parents.
Limited Government
The government should perform only essential functions that cannot be handled effectively by the private sector.
Fiscal Responsibility
There is no such thing as government money. Taxpayer’s money should be spent in accordance with a balanced budget each fiscal period. Transparency is essential.
Rule of Law
Laws must be obeyed and law enforcement is necessary to uphold those laws and punish those who violate them. Maintaining peace through the rule of law is essential for individuals, families and businesses to flourish.
Right to Bear Arms
The 2nd Amendment provides people, individually and collectively, the ability to defend their other rights. This serves as an important defense against tyranny.
